CHRONIC SPITTING UP OF YELLOW BILE AFTER EACH FEEDING WHAT TO DO FOR DIGESTION

June 10, 2014

I have had my terrier on 7 different diets and tried numerous products to alleviate his chronic spitting up of yellow bile after eating. I have recently put him on a digestive enzyme product which has stopped the yellow bile but now he spits up a frothy white liquid. Any ideas on what I can do? Should I continue with the digestive enzymes?

Hi Leslie,

Thanks for the question. Without a complete history I would do the following: I suggest that you treat the dog with Ammoxicillin for three weeks to correct a possible bacterial infection. I would feed the dog more frequently and add Tagamet to his diet twice a day. It would be of great benefit to him if you would add the Everyday Health Supplement to provide balanced vitamin and minerals, along with the enzymes and live bacteria to help balance out and cleanse the intestine. I hope you have also had your dog to your veterinarian. Thanks again.
