Shipment cost: Determined at checkout
Orders are normally shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This can change without notice due to weather, holidays and unforeseen issues that will cause delays in shipping. Orders can take 5–7 business days to be processed and shipped.

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business day from the ship date. However once we turn your order over to the carrier we no longer have control over your package and have no way to correct or expedite the shipment in any way.
We also have NO CONTROL over the location on or off of your property as to where your package is left. That conversation is your responsibility to have with your local postal carrier.

Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. It is your responsibility to maintain that email and refer to the tracking link for updates on your delivery.

Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless specifically noted on drkruger.com. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless it is the policy of the U.S. Postal Service in your town or city.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2 - 3 business days unless this falls on a federal holiday.
Once the order has been turned over to the United States Postal Service drkruger.com no longer has physical or electronic access to your order. We can only see exactly the information you see with your tracking number on the USPS Tracking web page. Contacting us WILL NOT locate your package; please contact your local United States Postal Service branch that delivers your mail. You will need to talk to your local Postmaster, Carrier Supervisor and Carrier to determine the status of your shipment.
Damages
drkruger.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact your local United States Post Office and speak to the Post Master, Carrier Supervisor and Carrier to determine the status of your package.
